Hi there, I'm
Data Science and Machine Learning developer.Currently working as a Web Developer for New York University Tandon Online.
Who is Nikhil Khaneja?
I'm passionate about deciphering challenging problems and have worked on a wide range of projects which includes data piplelines, websites, API’s, backend systems, SQL systems and AI-ML models.
As I've grown as a Cloud developer, I've contributed to projects and worked with other developers to create working applications and have written code that are maintainable and easy to understand.
I enjoy solving problems on Data Structures and Algorithms and have applied my knowledge of High Level & Low-Level system design to develop applications.
My biggest motivator is doing the things I love and can put my mind to it.This knowledge along with my work experiences developed my interests in the fields of Data Science, Databases, Data Engineering and Machine Learning.

My,
• Utilizing my expertise in Drupal CMS to make necessary modifications and updates to the NYU Digital Learning website content. • Regularly backing up the website to ensure data integrity and assist in the development of competitive analysis reports using Google Analytics. • Utilizing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track events on the website, analyze page visits, and determine user demographics.
• The solution efficiently managed multiple databases and simplified the HR incentive process and utilized a new structured data model that employed Microsoft SQL Server as the backend structure. The data model fetched over 1 million data entries from multiple databases using data pipelines, resulting in a 150% increase in time efficiency. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Team and Group Leads, Data Operations, and HR, to gather and incorporate feedback into the model. Developed Alteryx streamline workflow pipelines that facilitated more concise and detailed reports • Designed the User Interface Application using React JS and PHP and hosted it on the on-premises company server.
• Served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for CS-GY 9223 Cloud Computing and Big Data Systems, leveraging expertise in AWS cloud and data science to effectively guide 100 students. • Provided personalized, hands-on training to students on a variety of AWS services, including EMR, Redshift, Sagemaker, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, and Rekognition and while also providing guidance on deploying clusters on Kubernetes.
• Deployed an unique pharmaceutical excipient recommender system for a variety of commercially accessible medications. • The system deployed numerous data mining and OCR approaches and was able to filter over 20GB open-source heterogeneous medical data. • The model produced results that increased the identification of allergic and harmful excipeints and made the process faster by 35%.
•Collaborated on producing a Machine Learning application that calculates the cost of the Insurance Premium by leveraging the information and evaluating the damaged that the vehicle endured. • Built a model using TensorFlow and Keras which helped in reducing the time by 70% as compared to in-person evaluation and used OpenCV library to obtain accuracy of 92% when compared with actual Premium calculated by the agent in-person. • Designed a Full-Stack Web Application using React and JavaScript and hosted on Amazon AWS EC2 server.
My,
I implemented a machine learning model to predict whether a message is spam or not. Furthermore,I created a system that upon receipt of an email message, it will automatically flag it as spam or not, based on the prediction obtained from the MxNET machine learning model hosted and trained on AWS Sagemaker.
An PHP and MySQL based Web Application that is designed where users can post qust questions by selecting the topics and reply to the questions asked. The users can answer the questions that are asked and create new category to ask question if the category does not exists.
Implemented a photo album web application, that can be searched using natural language through both text and voice. We used AWS Lex, ElasticSearch, and Rekognition to create an intelligent search layer to query your photos for people, objects, actions, landmarks and more.
I have have implemented a serverless, microservice-driven web-based Dining Concierge chatbot that sends you restaurant suggestions given a set of preferences that you provide the chatbot with through conversation and send the suggestions to user via Email.
My,

• GPA: 8.59 on a scale of 10.0 • Ranked top 5% in the program • Took Courses such as Software Engineering, Operating Systems, Machine Learning, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Data Structures and Algorithm, Database Management Systems
My,
In this paper, the authors have tried to ensure that the road surface quality and the potholes should be monitored continuously and must be repaired as necessary. The best possible distribution of resources could be attained when the real-time data is gathered from the mounted sensory system and displayed and visualized in a way (Google Maps)....
Finger vein authentication system (FVAS) is more secure than other forms of authentication, such as signatures and fingerprint authentication. This is because of the fact that veins arepresent beneath the human skin, which makes them nearly impossible to replicate. Furthermore, the vein pattern remains....
